On approaching St Agnes from the direction of the A30, turn right at the mini roundabout into the main street. Pass a small row of shops on your right and the Railway Pub on your left. Keep going along this road which narrows into a one way street. About 475 metres along you will see the village church on your right. Take the turning left just after the Church into Trevaunance Road.

Drive along Trevaunance Road, past the Catholic Church on your right, about 175 metres further along turn right into Rocky Lane. Turn almost immediately left. Turn right immediately after the first bungalow and just before the entrance to Trevaunance Manor. Take the right hand side of the drive down to Trevaunance Cottage.
